SHIPPING POLICY

where possible, i use recycled packaging for every order. if your order is a gift, and you would like a personalised message, please leave a note at the checkout, and i will include it in your order! i can also substitute the recycled packaging for newer packaging - something a little kinder on the eye.

all orders are packed lovingly by hand with the utmost care and attention, and so may take a few days to ship. please be patient, and rest assured that you will receive a shipping notification via email once your order has begun its journey to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to request a return for a refund, and 14 days thereafter in which to return the item unaltered and in its original packaging. ​​

payment

refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

the cost of return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

the refund will only be processed once the item has been received, within 14 days of original purchase.

 

exchanges

at this time we do not offer exchanges.

if there is a product you feel you would prefer, you must complete another transaction and follow the existing refund procedure.

 

returns shipping

in any circumstances where a shipping refund is due, only the standard shipping cost of your item will be refunded; you will remain responsible for any upgraded shipping costs.

if you have received free shipping on your order and the return of goods takes your order total under that required for free shipping, this shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

international postage costs are non-refundable in all circumstances.

 

exemptions

in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations, there are some exemptions to our returns policy.

one-off items, commission pieces, and special items that are made to order will not be applicable for refund or exchanges. these will be marked as original pieces in their product description.

 

completing your return

You must first contact Mons Igneous to arrange a refund and await a response before making further progress.

 Items must be returned unaltered and in original packaging along with your invoice. Should items show signs of wear or use, a return may be refused.​

it is the sole responsibility of the customer to cover return postage costs.
